SPECIFIC COMPETITION RULES FOR INCENTIVE BLACK & WHITE FLOW
Article 1: General
This competition is subject to the competition rules of Kinepolis. These specific competition rules describe the specific terms and conditions relating to the Incentive Black flow competition and has priority over the general competition rules.
Article 2: Participants
Only consumers/companies and professionals residing and/or registered in Luxemburg are allowed to take part in this competition.
Article 3: Course of the competition
Participation in the competition is deemed valid if the participant fills in the entry form completely and correctly and follows the steps below:
The winner is selected on the basis of these objective criteria :
- the number of correct answers to the questions on the entry form;
False information/entries cancel the participation.
Article 4: Duration of the competition
The competition begins at 8:00am on 11/07/2022 and continues without interruption until 23:59 on 31/12/2023. Every entry outside this period is invalid.
Article 5: Prizes
Provided that all conditions of validity have been met, participants have a chance of winning the following prizes: cinema tickets valid 6 month. The prize is personal, indivisible and cannot be transferred, nor can it be exchanged for other benefits. No compensation of any kind will be given in case the winner is unable to collect their prize. The winner will be contacted personally by e-mail.
GENERAL COMPETITION RULES
Article 1: Organisation
KINEPOLIS GROUP NV, with registered office at 1020 Brussels, Eeuwfeestlaan 20, with enterprise number BE 0415.928.179 (hereinafter “Kinepolis”), organises competitions on a regular basis for which participation is organised and/or communicated through its website (hereinafter “the Competition”). The Competition is subject to the provisions set out in the general and specific rules (hereinafter “the Rules”). Participation in the Competition implies that the participant unconditionally and fully accepts the provisions of the Rules. In case of a contradiction between the Rules and the specific competition rules stated in the competition announcement, the latter will prevail. With a view to ensuring the competition proceeds smoothly, Kinepolis may take all measures necessary regarding matters not covered in these Rules.
Article 2: Who can participate?
There is no purchase obligation to be able to participate in the Competition. The Competition is open either to all people, or only to private individuals who hold the Luxembourg nationality, or only to companies and professionals that are based on the Luxembourg’s territory, as communicated in the specific participation terms and conditions of the Competition. Always excluded from participation are: employees of Kinepolis and employees of any promotional agency linked to the Competition. Minors under the age of thirteen who enter the Competition must provide the contact details (such as e-mail address) of their parents or legal guardian, so that they can be informed by us of participation by the minor. If you are a minor, we advise at the very least to involve your parents or legal guardian in reading and approving these Rules, as well as carefully reading the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy of Kinepolis, which are available at the bottom of every page on the Kinepolis website.
Article 3: How does the course of the competition work?
The course of the Competition (the duration, the questions, the prizes to be won and the further details of the Competition) are determined separately for each Competition, the details of which are set out in the specific competition rules. If the need arises, Kinepolis can amend the competition terms and conditions at all times. Printing, typing and typesetting errors, or other such errors, cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligations whatsoever on account of Kinepolis. Kinepolis monitors the smooth course of the Competition.
Article 4: Participation conditions
If an entry form needs to be filled in (whether on paper or electronically), only fully completed entry forms received before the end of the Competition will be taken into consideration. Participants may only enter the Competition once. In case of multiple entries, only the first will be valid. In the event of fraud, misuse or breach of the participation conditions, the participant may be excluded from entering the Competition or other competitions. Kinepolis is not liable for technical issues concerning participation or as a result of participation, such as problems accessing the website, availability of the website or computer viruses.
Article 5: Presentation of prizes
The winners are determined after the competition period has ended, as defined in the specific competition rules. Winners will be notified by e-mail, by personal telephone contact or by letter. There will be no other written or verbal communication in relation to the Competition. Decisions by Kinepolis and/or the competition jury are irrevocable and binding, and cannot be challenged for any reason whatsoever. A maximum of one prize is awarded per participant. None of the prizes can be exchanged, neither in full nor in part, for cash or other benefits. A prize is indivisible and non-transferable. If the prizes are sent by post, Kinepolis cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of the prize attributable to the postal service or for delivery delays. Kinepolis makes no warranties or representations in relation to a prize and cannot be held liable for any accidents or damage directly or indirectly arising from a prize that has been won. If the prize consists of free tickets to a concert, film or event, no claim for compensation in any form can be made in the event of cancellation, changes to the programme or unavailability of seats.
Article 6: Liability of organiser
In cases of force majeure or due to any other circumstances beyond its control, Kinepolis reserves the right to amend, postpone, shorten or cancel the competition or part thereof. Kinepolis cannot be held liable in such cases.
Article 7: Processing of personal data
By taking part in the Competition, the participants acknowledge their acceptance of the collection and registration of the personal data they have provided. This personal data can be used for the promotion and sale of Kinepolis products, insofar as this is legally permitted. The data is processed in compliance with the Privacy Policy of Kinepolis, all the details of which are available on the website of Kinepolis. By participating, each participant automatically and unconditionally grants Kinepolis permission to publish the participant's name and, where appropriate, photograph, as well as their identification as a participant in, or winner of, the competition and waives all related rights. By posting specific information, texts, images and/or other files online, the winner automatically gives Kinepolis exclusive permission - at no cost - to reproduce, share and/or use the contents of his post both on the Kinepolis websites and in any of the magazines or products developed by Kinepolis.
Article 8: Competition rules and disputes
To the extent permitted by and in accordance with legislation, the Competition is governed by Belgian law. The Rules can be consulted by all persons on Kinepolis.com or they can be requested by sending a sufficiently stamped and return-addressed envelope to Kinepolis at the following address: Kinepolis Group NV, to the attention of the Media Division, Eeuwfeestlaan 20, 1020 Brussels at the latest 4 days before the end date of the Competition in question.
